The product was amazing however the neck strap and wristband were not included even though they stated it was included in the details.

A genius product but I hate the model of the product. I mean the hardware isn’t cheap, so why should I pay again for a subscription? I can record with any device and develop my AI integration to serve the exact purpose. Also, the software isn’t the greatest as it’s lagging sometimes and the fast transfer feature usually fail to connect with the device which makes the file transmission always slow. Other than that it’s almost accurate and honestly helps a lot. The main issue with the hardware that it’s always out of charge when I really need it. Moreover I expected to get the laces with the product and was excited for that but unfortunately it was not there and I needed to buy it alone later on and it’s not cheap in price and the quality of the laces doesn’t match the price. What I also liked about it that I can add it direct to Find My just like any other Apple product. If you want to flex out in front of your friends and show the an Apple alike product the this product is for you.

The item is great but i requers a subscription which is kind of high for me. And it doesnt record phone calls or online meetings.

Well worth the money. The recordings of transcriptions and summaries are excellent. No issues assigning different remarks to different speakers. No problems opening the files produced. It is like having a secretary on your wrist, typing up verbatim and summaries on the go. The free plan should be adequate for casual users. Heavy users such as students, professionals etc would require need to invest in higher limit plans. However, if you in this group, where are going to get a suitable employee at these prices, who works 24/7, no sick days or vacation. Occasional gifts and flowers not required.
