Exactly What You Think They Are.
They're a bunch of yellow crayons, good for writing on tyres, not perfect for highlighting tyre info but works fine. Won't survive being run over by a 12 tonne lorry but I'm not sure it's the crayon's fault.

your better off with a chalk or marker pen they will work on side way and middle of the tyre.
