Hello What you should know about this item? First it is amazingly strong , thick , and elastic that bounce back quick. I’ve tried many other brands they usually come multicolored, much smaller, much weaker, and barely last one or two uses before they are starched out and start pinching you’re skin, With this one they all come exactly the same length, which is much longer than others so they can fit any size arm second The quick button release is big and easy to use , and the second button below, where you can slowly release with a touch of a finger is also very easy to use and usually hard to find. That’s why I like this one so much. and all of them come top quality usually with other tourniquet companies. They usually send a couple good and a couple that barely even work. If you ever ordered them, you know exactly what I’m talking about. I am very happy with them, and I highly recommend. You will thank them afterwards 👍

These are great for phlebotomy! Much more comfortable than disposable tourniquets. Great on kids, the elderly and on those arms that’ve gotten skinny and have extra meat in the back…no pinching! My patients love them.

I purchased this kit to augment my emergency first aid kit. I must say that I am somewhat disappointed with the quality of the item. I was drawn to it's simplicity, style and price but it doesn't do the job very well. I tried it out as practice, as we should do with any emergency equipment before it is actually needed, and it can be forced to work or used in an alternative way to stop bleeding but it doesn't work well as intended. It will not hold pressure unless manually held in place which ties up both my hands which defeats the purpose. It's latch slips as soon as you let go. It is better than not having one at all but, after trying this one out, I went ahead and purchased a more reliable combat type compression bandage with built-in turniquet.

Great tourniquet. Takes some getting used to so I practiced on myself and my boyfriend before using with patients. It is also MUCH more comfortable on the skin than a normal tourniquet used in blood draws. It's easy to disinfect and clean as well making it very functional and cost effective.

Nice and stretchy, but it slips, doesn't stay exactly where you set it. Feels like if you pull too tight it will break? Cute color though & great price!

DO NOT BUY!! This item is unreturnable, but it is also a piece of trash. I just received it, opened the box and tried it on my arm to see how quickly it could be done in case of emergency. 1- it wasn’t easy to figure out the clasp 2-it doesn’t hold in place when tightened, there’s no mechanism to hold it on tight, which is the whole point of a tourniquet 3-it has that plastic piece on the end that looks like it should do something, but as far as I can find, it does nothing. This product is cheap, yes, but you’d be better off throwing your $6 out the window while you’re driving down the road so that someone can pick it up and buy something useful with it.

These are surprisingly strong, the elastic is thick and not cheaply made, and easy to use & the button releases quickly when pushed. Works well for the job at hand. Would buy again.

I've not had to use these in an emergency situation but they seem like they would offer reasonable flow restriction. They are probably more suited to limited restriction to help lift veins. They are well made and are easy to use. At £5.99 for two they are good value. The color makes them easy to find in an emergency kit.

Looks OK but NO instructions and it's really not obvious as things seem the wrong shape/size for slotting in. I asked my local practice nurse how to use it and she refused to demonstrate as she clearly thought I must be a junkie.🙄 Told me to go online and look. I'll just ask my GP instead but I really shouldn't have to...
