I love how tiny these are, it makes them so easy to swallow. I've been taking them about 1 month and think I feel a little bit better. Before I felt a pressure, like I needed to pee, but my bladder wasn't really full, which was noticeable when I was trying to sleep...grrrr. That is a little better, which really helps with my sleep. I'm hoping it will totally clear up. I did some research and L. crispatus strains can colonize the vagina after oral intake, which is a rare and wonderful thing. It means if you take them long enough you may be able to quit taking them and still get the effects. The cost is great. Today so many companies are ripping people off, charging way to much for their probiotics. It's nice to find an affordable brand that works.

I like it, so far ,good, I been taking it a few days, and I have not had an adverse reaction.

Great product. I take 3 tablets twice a day. It did take awhile to see a difference and it might be because I increased the amount of tablets I take daily. It took about 3 months. I’m on my second bottle.

It did not come in 1 day as promised and when I opened the bottle the pills smell like vinegar which means they have gone bad. I tried these instead of my ususal Probiotic because it was more quantity for same price. The age old saying you pay for what you get definitely applies here.

This product is wonderful. I've been using it for a week and on the third day I saw results. Now I've recommended it to my daughters.
