Helps with ED
I can honestly say that it helps with ED. I have noticed it is easier to get erections when I take this, but it isn't sustained for all day. It usually takes a couple of hours before it works the best. As far as energy, no real noticeable difference. The only difference is the ability to get an erection. I'm 56 so if you are younger and don't have any health issues, it may be even better for you.
