2.5 years later & its still working fine! I have replaced the battery once & the velcro 2x. My dog averages over 11 miles per day & as mentioned below is ACTIVE, swims, hikes, hunts. Great little product I didn't have high expectations for this product but thought it would be fun to see the active periods for my dog, particularly on the days I am going back into the office. I used the velcro to strap it on to his collar and figured it would fall off in a few weeks as he is very active, spends lots of time in water/swamps/mud including distance swimming as I kayak, is out in all weather, we hike, train for K9 work, etc. Over 4 months later including a long beach trip where he was in the sea for hours each day, it remains secured on his collar, it still works (even after all the swimming), distance tracking is fairly accurate (I have a GPS unit for his offleash work) and it improved with use. For the one-time fee this is a great product, it won't locate your dog (there is no gps) but it does function well as an activity tracker. It allows me to see his activity patterns and its fun to see his averages and 'big' days. Fun product that can stand up to a lot. My dog has certainly put it to the test and I sure didn't think it would still be functioning at this point

Had to have help from friendly customer service via email and had to uninstall and re-install once but now this activity tracker is working accurately and is very easy to use. Had trouble adding my dog in spite of many attempts over a weekend day but as soon as the work week started I heard back from customer service. If it is starting up correctly for the first time you should get the word Visible in the pack category on the add a dog screen and also recommend a goal should light up orange. From there you are ready to go. I like the app a lot. The info provided is presented in an interesting and very clear way. Includes the activity category "Pottering" which describes to a tea here on the west side of the pond what my dog is doing when he follows my every step while I clean, prepare meals, etc. I am looking forward to the day when the US customers get all the benefits available in the UK. I like this product and recommend it.

Easy to use and gives great tracking. My only disappointment was I thought it would show the actual path of where our doggie went and it does not. It only shows how far but it is still good to see running, walking, sleeping etc. I recommend this product and feel it is a good value.

Missy is my 6yo, 15lb and 3lb overweight Doxie. She is a couch potato and has NO idea how to play. I have had her for 2 years. I started using this a couple of days ago. It is fun, easy to use and I see her personality purk up a bit. This also Motivates me to get her out. In our area, I have to carry bear spray!!

Doesn't work. Won't connect. Won't update. No instruction booklet. No instructions. Only setup is a walk-through in the app. No instructions when there is problems or something doesn't work correctly. No booklet that would say how to find a specific function, etc. Fetch data option is not where instructions say. Option locations not accurate. No instruction on how to start pairing mode. Doesn't see bluetooth connection. My dog doesn't care about badges. No option to remove dogs. No option to update dogs. Support slow to respond. They say can take up to 30 days. Update: Shipped with dead battery. Update: Tried another. This one does connect and usually syncs quickly. Data points on screen do not have describe what they mean. Step estimates are wildly inaccurate. App allows for an adjustment of up to 50% but at maximum adjustment it is still off about 50%. Says my dog walked 170 miles last month. I don't have the model with GPS but still requires location data to be turned on.

I bought this to get an idea how many miles my boy (11 yr only Siberian Husky) actually puts in on a daily basis. He CONSTANTLY moves. He has daycare/bike rides 2x weekly as well. I started this in Jan 2023, now ending April 2023 he averages 8 miles DAILY. This crazy boy is very healthy and it shows lol by his activity level. This app gives "trophies" for distances achieved etc. Fun to watch. This one does NOT give location, just average steps. 😁

This device is easy to use, staying on my dog's collar and the app is simple enough. It recommended my dog, who is a Shih Tzu, to be active for 70 minutes per day. However, according to sources on the internet, this breed only needs about 30 minutes per day for adequate activity. Also, she is a lot more active each day than the app records. Some days it says she doesn't walk at all, and I know that's not true. It does help me strive to get her moving each day. So there's that. I might shop around for something more accurate later.

I bought the pitpat so I could track my dog's activity when I travel and he's at home. Unfortunately, I can't see if he's been walked because I have to physically push a button on the device on his collar to see the data on my phone. So this is not the product you need if the goal is to spy on your petsitter! The device also seems very inaccurate. For example, it seems to record digging the same as running, so total miles covered is inflated.

This one attaches firmly and seems to work well.

Fantastisch toestel, maar de pret duurt helaas niet lang. Ik nam contact op met de leverancier om te melden dat het toestel na enkele weken niet meer werkte. De button doet het niet meer! Helaas geen enkele reactie laat staan vervanging. Toch wel teleurgesteld! Jammer maar helaas

Nice exercise tracker, no gps and no subscription for basic functionality. Shows which times of day my dog is most active for, steps, calories, total distance and a breakdown of how many of total minutes were running, walking, and pottering
