PM Mini Liqui-Gels, Ibuprofen 200mg, Sleep, 80 Capsules

These really helped me to get through some really tough nights after I came home from hospital a week later from when I had knee replacement surgery. I didn't think it would help me at all, I was wrong. Not only did these help take the edge off when it was wasn't time yet for the pain pump or pills. it helped me to go back to sleep as well and whenever I l felt the pain starting to come back , I made sure that I took pills before it because a full blown excruiating agony until I could take my prescription pain meds and put my back to sleep , so I could rest and calm the pain. I still get alot of pain to my knee and leg but I was prepared for the agony I knew was coming on and got it down before I would be in tears."ALWAYS BE PREPARED FOR YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN THE PAIN WOULD COME ON .

Advil has great product. I have used both regular and PM pills They truly help me sleep and I don't feel groggy in the morning. The liquid gels are very easy to swallow.

I love these. Im a over thinker that tosses and turns at night. I started taking these and I knock out within 30 min. And wake up with no groggyness. All fresh and ready to go. Thank you Advil

Works great for those with day time bruxism and or sleep bruxism nightly teeth grinding issue . I take these ( not everyday ) a couple of times per week ( per docs orders ) for the mentioned issues. They help regulate sleep and pain treatement itself. Do NOT take these during the day. Look for something simple like Advil in the AM . * insert* : Consult your doc for specifics / etc . Everyone is different and results will vary .

These consistently work well. I try not to take them every night because I've heard of long-term effects on memory. But they're quite small and easy to swallow (I usually only need one). If I keep usage down to no more than 2 or 3 times a week I find myself sufficiently rested for work, etc. I do find that I need to ensure I get at least 8 to 10 hours sleep when I take them or I feel a bit groggy - - or worse, sleep through my alarm! One point to consider (at least this is how it works for me) I have a busy mind so I really have to ride the wave of sleepiness -- as soon as I get a bit drowsy, I need to be ready to jump into bed (alarm set, teeth brushed, dog let out for a final pee, etc). I find if I push through that first wave, sometimes the window of opportunity shuts, then I'm laying in bed staring at the ceiling, annoyed that I've got chemicals coursing through my body not doing much good. I generally take these for sleep vs pain, but I do have a rotator cuff issue, and wake up pain-free. Also, my BF snores like a freight train and I don't hear any of that.

I bought this because I had fallen and hurt my knees.I know it was difficult for me to fall asleep was it was recommended by my daughter-in-law. Who is a nurse it's helped with the pain but it still doesn't help me go to sleep which I really need
