Value for money. Nice product and genuine quality. Size is slightly bigger hence has to be swallowed carefully but that is expected since its 1000 mg capsule. I have never felt any bad aftertaste /burp. Overall good product.

It's really a big capsule and it really takes a lot water to swallow it. But the most important thing is the smell and the flavor is chocolate and it really good when it is in your mouth. ANOTHER important thing is that in the packing the bottle contains a small round piece of foam in the bottle and there small particles is spread into all over the capsule, SO before you take the capsule clean it up becuase it's harmful to your body ( you don't need to swallow a particles of plastic in your body like animals do because of us right ) IT'S YOUR CHOICE. good to see you friends. I used one bottle.nw i ordered 2nd one...its effect we cant explain accurately.basicaly it effects internal body system.i started using it for skin nd hair to fullfil deficiency of omega 3 fatty acids.yet i didnt find such miracle effects on skin nd hair by using iti reality it ll not show any miracle..it just fullfill deficiency by continuing taking it for months.so m continuing wid this..soon ll give review about its effects after taking it cntinsly for 3 months.plus point is this it has no side effect since m using it.
