Everything’s great but the bread lame
I love this kit. Just wish it had a better bread lame. I cut myself trying to put the blade on and it curves once it’s on which makes it hard to make a good score. It tears the dough. But everything else is good quality and very useful.

Great well rounded kit!
I just started with making sourdough and this kit really delivers! It has almost everything needed, and certainly had everything I didn’t have already. I do wish it had come with the blades, I bought some and got the wrong kind so I’ll have to get more. And unfortunately the whisk doesn’t fit into the jar…that was a bit of a disappointment. But I just used a fork instead. The value is great and I feel equipped for my sourdough era. 🤭

Everything you need!
I was so excited to get going on my new Sourdough baking journey! I had been learning under the tutelage of a dear friend and this kit gave me everything she recommended to go out on my own. I am happily baking away now!

Very nice and sturdy...after baking for a while its Just unnecessary. However I've used the baskets many times for serving

Not as advertised.
I ordered the All in one kit which was supposed to come with all the items necessary to make sourdough loaves. My kit was missing the bench scrapers, the bread lame, the dough whisk, the lid to the jar, and the flour sifter. Super unhappy and would not have ordered if I knew half of the items weren’t going to come.
