I haven't written a review in quite a long time, but I'm SO impressed with this fountain that I knew I had to take the time to do it. Firstly, let me say that I have 2 Eufy fountains and my kitties love them, and so do I. There's no motor, and it's super silent. My cats drink water like crazy from them. Here's the thing. I decided randomly to purchase a wireless fountain to have more flexibility in placement. I picked this one and so far, I'm really glad I did. While it does have a motor, so far it operates perfectly, and after only having it for one week, I took it apart and cleaned the motor assembly just to see how it went. It's definitely upgraded from the older motorized fountains I used before discovering Eufy. It wasn't yucky at all. Also, the filter had lots of cat hair, so it's definitely doing a great job as well. I'm not saying anything bad about the Eufy fountains' functionality because they're fabulous. I DO wish the filters didn't cost a fortune, and now that I've bought this fountain, I really wish they had wireless capabilities. Something else I LOVE about this wireless fountain is that the reservoir is stainless steel (Eufy is plastic) and keeps the water much colder. I have it set on motion sensor and it's perfect. I believe the flow starts when you or the kitties get within 3 ft of it. I love that it saves the charge instead of running constantly. My cats and I love this fountain. I will need to give it more time to see the longevity of the motor before purchasing more and switching entirely from my Eufy ones, but so far, it's amazing. It was so easy to set up, it runs silently, and I can place it wherever I want. It's great not having to worry about an electric outlet. I decided to do a little test today with my Willy boy and brought a Eufy on the table next to this one. My 4-second video shows the result, and Eufy wasn't the winner. That's why I needed to post this review! Oh, I had to come back to add. It comes with a nice, long, high-quality charging cord, AND a charger brick! Whoa! Two more things I forgot to add: I love the change filter light that comes on when it's dirty. Very helpful. I only had to recharge it after 3 WEEKS of using it in motion detection mode. Very impressed!

I have had this for going on 4 weeks now and I absolutely love it and of course from who it actually matters my cats both love it! They been drinking more water I love it sits high up and it has a huge tank it’s also super easy to clean and the battery lasts a long time if you do the wireless and I mean a long time cause where we have it we pass by it very frequently and I tried to move it but my one cat refused to drink it unless it was in this particular spot which is where is previous temporary bowl was until we got this one and it’s right across from the front entrance to our house and kitchen so it gets a lot of foot traffic. I definitely recommend this one especially for the price and it was one of the very few with very few plastic parts touching water I also love the lights tell you when it needs more water and when the filter needs to be changed it’s absolutely amazing! You can also buy filters for it right on Amazon.

Update 6/8/26 - after using this wireless water fountain for a year, I can say that this is my least favorite one of the 3 that I own. Cleaning is quite a chore - you have to be very careful not to get all the electrical connections wet ÀND it’s sharp edges on the stainless steel tray are very dangerous when disassembling. I have sliced my finger more than once when trying to pry the tray off. There are 4 electrical connections that you need to avoid getting wet which is difficult when trying to fully clean the unit. I would NOT recommend this product. I own a motor-less water fountain which is very easy to clean. New update: Be careful when cleaning - the stainless basin has sharp edges that can cut your finger when trying to remove it. I have 3 wireless fountains and this brand/model is the hardest to clean. There is no way to clean the spigot as it is incorporated into the top power module. You also have to be very careful to not get the cable connections wet (the power module plugs into the top of the plastic basin and the pump plugs into the basin from the bottom). Water can be easily splashed onto the connections. Stopped working after 6 months. Purchased in April 2025. It worked fine until October 2025 and then the pump wouldn’t start even after charging. The fountain had been cleaned and charged weekly. I had already purchased a replacement pump to have on hand after reading reviews that they could go bad but the new pump didn’t work either. It gets power, as indicated by the LED light but does not operate. I can only assume that the main power control module is faulty. I reached out to the Oneisall customer support email and they want me to send a picture?!! of my problem. I’m not sure how a picture or even a video is going to show anything even if I did have the ability to take and send a video. I have had several cat water fountains in the past 4 years and none of them stopped working after only 6 months! I’m very unhappy and disappointed with this Oneisall Wireless Cat Water Fountain and would NOT recommend it. *Update 11/11/25- Oneisall Customer Service reached out again and said they would send a replacement part. Hopefully this will solve the issue. 11/13/25 - they sent me a new water fountain, not just the control module. I actually like the new one better as it’s smaller than the original. There is a 2 year warranty on the product. Very good customer service. I’m changing my rating to 4 stars although it shouldn’t have malfunctioned after only 6 months. I’m very satisfied with my customer service experience.

I wanted to get a cat fountain again and spent a while looking at a number of the fountains. We have a cat who loves moving water and would end up knocking the top off the previous fountain (and lots of water in the floor). The primary design feature I looked for was to be cat-proof. The top of this fountain seals tightly and there is no lip for him to get his paws under. The top outer edge is flat and the pan somewhat shallow so he can lick water over the edge, but it’s been minimal. The other features I like about this is the cordless operation that allows intermittent operation. This is working beautifully. Both the sensor and timed intermittent works well. The sensor distance is less than others and is what I prefer. The controller is easy to use and intuitive (for me at least). On the motion sensor setting, the battery kept it's charge for over a week-we recharged it when we needed to refill the water. The price is very reasonable for the apparent quality and features. I was also impressed with how well the unit was packed, with foam and bubble wrap to ensure the unit arrived without damage. I am very impressed with this fountain and would highly recommend it. UPDATE: We had a problem with the fountain operation. The company and I couldn't figure out why the fountain wasn't working, so they sent a brand new complete fountain. Having issues is never enjoyable, but I would recommend this product and seller because of the excellent customer support!

The pump of the oneisall Wireless Cat Water Fountain suddenly stopped working a few days after the last day of Amazon return. My cats and I liked the fountain so much that I was planning to purchase another one for upstairs. My cats enjoy repeatedly turning on motion activated cat fountains! I cleaned the fountain regularly and used only filtered water and oneisall filters. There are no hard water deposits, fur or other debris in the pump. The fountain lights come on as though the pump is working,, but it's not. This oneisall fountain replaced a Petlibro dockstream that was more difficult to clean. Updated review: 5 weeks after replacing with the same Oneisall model. I am very happy with the customer service from Oneisall. The only issue with the previous fountain was that the motor stopped working. Compared to other cat fountains I've tried this fountain is easier to clean and the metal doesn't corrode from our hard water. The motion detector turns on the water on right away for my cat. My cats drink more water now that the weather is warmer so it's reassuring to look at the fountain window and see that there's plenty of water. The pump is still working well and I will update if it stops.

My cats love this water fountain! It has been easy to clean and reassemble. We bought it in June of 2025. The pump or battery went out around February this year. We contacted oneisall due to the warranty being good on it still. They emailed back within 3 days. Sue was willing to troubleshoot the battery and pump to ensure it was not user error. She determined the pump was not receiving power. They sent a replacement pump first. They sent it via 1-3 day shipping. The new pump was not receiving power still. Instead of sending a new battery they sent a whole new unit. The unit has been working seamlessly. The filters are easy to replace and work well. They catch all the junk and cat hair. 5/5 for customer service and a great affordable fountain.

My cat likes this better than his old one with the high-arc spout (guess he didn't like getting his whiskers wet). Also this one seems to have a better/easier recharge process; no issues at all with starting up again after recharging the battery. Easy to fill & clean, quiet operation, promises to last at least a year.

I own 3 of these exact same cat fountains. The product is good. However, cleaning is a huge hassle and takes an entire day. The most annoying thing is charging. The battery takes 7 hours, at least. It is impossible to get the internal pump system clean and get rid of that. Pinkish red c*** that's on the wire that extends off of the motor. The only reason I own 3 of these is if one loses its charge at least there's 2 others. My cat can drink out of because I know it's going to take me an entire day to charge the battery and to clean out that ridiculous fountain. But it is a good product. My cat goes to it by herself. Regularly and drinks. I just wish the cleaning was not such a hassle. And the people who say that it is impossible to get the top motor part clean are correct. I finally had to start using a toothbrush to stuff inside the long place where the water comes out of and just brush it as hard as I can. And I use a pipe cleaner to clean the other part of the motor hopefully I'm getting it clean. I don't even know. But then I do rinse it all out covering up the electrical spots with my thumbs and I rinsed it out to see if I can't get it clean after I brushed it. Then I plug it in to charge for 7 hours while I clean the rest of the fountain. So this is why it is only getting 2 stars from me. Is because it is such an ordeal to clean.

Very happy with this cat water fountain. My cats love to drink from it and it's very easy to clean and maintain. I'm a cat sitter and I've seen a lot of different fountains in my clients' homes and I think this is defintely one of the easiest to put together. I like that you can change the setting from proximity to timed as my cats were initially a bit spooked by it coming on when they approached, evn though it is pretty quiet. The charge lasts a good while and it holds plenty of water. I usually charge and refill it after a week. I think it can last a little bit longer (I have two cats) but I don't think it's good for the pump if you let the water run out so I just do it weekly to be safe. I've had it almost a year now and the pump just failed. I notified the seller and they sent me a replacement straight away. Very pleased with the customer service too.

lovely fountain. it’s so quiet and i love that you can have it on through 3 modes: 1) sensor, 2) 30second activation every 30-minutes, and 3) always on (if plugged in). i got this fountain to replace the AONBOY because it was plastic and i noticed my kitten always drank water from the basin not the stream. this one had a wide basin and was perfect for her! i was really sold on the fact that water always remains in the basin even if the stream isn’t on, which is important in case the battery dies or your power goes out - your cat should still have a place to drink! i also like how compact this fountain is. it doesn’t take up so much space, yet has a capacity of 3.5L. i initially thought my kitten would get scared if the stream came on through motion sensor, so i kept the fountain plugged in for the first 3 days to get her used to the new fountain. i still kept her old fountain nearby, but off, as well as a regular bowl if she was to nervous to drink from the new fountain. it took her about 3 days to finally drink from it confidently and she wasn’t spooked by the stream coming on as she approached! i love that the fountain is stainless steel! it means it won’t hold on to odour and that it’s more difficult for bacteria to proliferate! the water also stays colder longer :). it was great to see that the fountain also cane with two extra filters! the wireless aspect was not one of the original motivators for my purchasing of this fountain, but it’s actually come to be one of my favourite features. i love that the battery lasts 60 days. that’s phenomenal. my kitten drinks water much more frequently now!

Tengo 5 meses con el y no he tenido ningún problema, me encanta, es muy útil porque no se tiene que estar limpiando diario, y la fuente llama la atención y se acerca para tomar, no hay que estar precupado porque se quede sin agua, porque el mismo dispositivo te avisa. El único incoveniente es que no es fácil encontrar en línea los filtros, sólo hay un proveedor que te vende en cantidades muy grandes :(

It was working good until it wasn’t. After 3 months connecting the pump was problematic, it wasn’t working properly. It died completely after 9 months of use. I am disappointed.
