Pelican are a trusted brand for a lot of mission critical sectors such as law enforcement and diving operations. I’ve personally used there lock boxes for my photographer gear for years. Had great experience with the previous phone cases and so didn’t think twice to purchase this for a bargain price on offer. It feels good, seems to be holding up well to abuse and as offered great protection so far. As always FULLY RECCOMENDED regards Pelican products.

As the title says, this clear case yellows very quickly. Within about two months it developed an ugly brownish-yellow tint, especially around the edges. It’s frustrating because this is a common issue with many clear cases, and I expected better from Pelican. The case itself is otherwise excellent — it feels very protective, has a solid build, and I’m confident it keeps my phone safe. However, the yellowing is so noticeable that I’ve stopped using it regularly, which defeats the whole purpose of having a case. Pelican should really invest in better anti-yellowing materials. A premium brand like this should be able to deliver a clear case that actually stays clear for more than a couple of months. Pros: Great protection, solid build quality Cons: Turns yellow/brown fast I really wanted to love this case, but the appearance holds it back

Schöne Haptik…schöne Optik…keine Frage. 2 Cases gekauft…eines in den USA über Amazon. Gehäuse am Kamerabutton gebrochen. Rücksendung nur über Pelican. Lifetime Garantie iss‘n Witz weil man auf den Portokosten ditzen bleibt ( Porto = Case Preis) Das andere Case über Amazon Deutschland gekauft. An der selben Stelle ohne Sturzeinwirku g an der gleichen Stelle gebrochen. Fazit: Dieses Case hat NULL mit der vorigen Bauform zu tun (die richtig gut war!) Dieses Case hat noch nicht einmal was mit Pelican zu tun…leider!
