Overpriced

I have re-order this about 4 times now for a shelf project. It looks really good! User TIP! If you are folding it over edges use a hairdryer or heat gun on low to get it crease perfectly! I have covered 4 Ikea shelves. The longer larger shelves need 1 roll each, there will be some excess. The small Ikea shelves used only 1 roll.. and I have PLENTY left over. So I "marbled" my mini trash can! The Application was really easy, Pulling it back up and reapplying was easy even on a painted shelf. I used a heat gun on low to help get my corners nice and square. The pattern is really pretty and looks beautiful. I did have 3 small bubbles on one shelf but using a small needle I poked a hole and used the heat gun on low to seal it.

This product is great. I have used a lot of different types of contact paper and none were as beautiful as this one. If you remember to clean all surfaces and let them dry before using the contact paper then you will have success when you apply the contact paper to the surface. I did forget to clean the edge of the counter that I was using this on and of course it did not stick to it but that was my fault. The counter that I did clean and apply this paper to worked extremely well. The paper stuck with no problem and it continues to stay stuck after several months. I have even wiped the paper with a little soap and water. I don't want to risk ruining the shine on the paper so I don't use any strong cleaning products on it.

The contact paper itself is very pretty it does have a shiny gloss which I love it does come rolled up so it does make applying it a little difficult I tried the trick with the heat as advised by the seller but it does work for me and it did come out really nicely for the project that I did I don't have any bubbles everything came out pretty smooth except for one little piece where the paper stuck to his self and I tried to unstick it but other than that it came out perfect. I used a push pen to pop any bubbles.

Product delivered quickly. Thick sheet good quality; little pricey; I used it to cover the white tiles in front of an unused fire place. Sticker very well and now it looks like I have fixed a real marble slab there. While installing, I had to stick it, unstick the parts with creases multiple times; but the thickness of the sheet is so good that, multiple time stick-peel off didn't make any marks on it and finally when I finished installing, it turned out very nice. After installing on tiles, when I touch it, it was feeling cold due to tiles underneath - so it's hard to find out it's not a real marble! ;-) Overall it's a beautiful quality product.

After looking at all the pictures posted, I'm really AMAZED at the great looking projects other people have used this product for! Outstanding! I think a few that had problems (project wise) must not have taken the time to learn first. Sometimes, I have to watch many videos before jumping into something like this! My husband is the same way. He will see someone else's projects and assume it's simple! Given so many did a wonderful job leads me to believe it's not the product (unless received it defective or damaged). It's sad people will give bad reviews for not applying properly. My need for this product wasn't as glamorous as others. I have a rental in the mountains on Airbnb and have a jet bathtub that's constantly needing to be repaired (home builder installed defective and won't replace). The tiles surrounding it are marble and one was broken leaving an ugly opening. I didn't want to replace it as they have to keep taking it off so this paper matches and is perfect! It's a temporary and cheap solution for now and I have enough to keep replacing. For what I needed it for, I have no complaints.
