My mom’s muscle mass went up :)

Don't expect a lot, but it has some potential to help with recovery.
Maybe it helps. Maybe not. Relative to any PED's even very mild ones like Anavar this does very little. It doesn't have as much impact as SARM's either. But for someone interested in general healthy and overall fitness it probably is about equal to HMB. So, not nothing, but not much.

Less Soreness, Steady Muscle Mass, More Energy
I’ve been trying Siallac Muscle Health for about a week now, and I’m already noticing positive changes. My muscles feel less sore after workouts, and my recovery time seems quicker. Even on days when I didn’t work out, I could tell my muscle mass wasn’t decreasing, which is a big plus. I also feel a little less tired overall—maybe it’s the product, but the difference is noticeable. Excited to keep using it and see the longer-term results!

Take for at least 2 weeks before judging
I absolutely notice a difference adding this to my stack. I take it before bed and my muscle recovery time as far as soreness goes is cut in half by %50. No joke . I do landscape construction and go to the gym. Try it to see what mother's milk can do lol
