I love this indoor waterfall it gives my house a relaxing ambiance. I showed it to family members an nos they are interested in purchasing one as well.

After one year of using tap water, it produced such a moldy odor I was constantly sneezing and clogged nose. Even twice weekly industrial fountain cleaner couldn’t rid the mold. Finally, just threw it away. Maybe distilled water was the key, who knows.

Poor design, water runs off the side. Sound quality not natural. Sounds like filling a water bottle. Lights are actually really good

One year later review. So I’ve downgraded this fountain after having it for a year. It is only outside for about five months where we live and then I emptied it, cleaned it and stored it in the garage. I cleaned it up this spring and put it back out. There are a few issues that I’ve dealt with. You need to really fidget with the the three hose screws so that the water comes out of all three areas reasonably even and that is a bit of a frustration. But today I noticed the lights were no longer working and I appears the thin cord had broken. So now I have a somewhat working fountain but no lights. I think after this season it won’t be salvageable and considering the price I would expect it to last more than one season especially since it was kept in a temperature controlled area during the colder months and not run. I like the design but wouldn’t purchase again since it seems to be disposable.

This fountain is nice - just not what we were looking for. Turns out the urn style with the dropping water is more of what we are after. We returned this one and got an instant and complete refund the same day.

Fountain leaks and we have to add water every day. And we don't have the box anymore so it will be impossible to return. We thought it was evaporation but there is a trail of water coming out from underneath. We would like a replacement, but don't have the original packaging anymore.

The fountain looks nice, however, it leaks. Therefore, we are constantly sponging up water on the patio and have to keep an eye on to make sure it doesn’t run out of water within a fairly short timeframe.
