Can it be used with wet hair?

Hi,this is not a hot air brush, just a hair curling brush,can not use on wet hair,

I bougth this curling iron for its dual voltage usage. there is no switch to change voltage. i live in the us, how will it work in europe?

Use it in Ireland, all you need is the 3 prong adapter. Check the voltage of the country you are going to first.

can it be used on wet hair?

I don't think any curling iron can be used on wet hair. It's just a regular curling iron with a comb/brush of hard plastic around the metal wand. It doesn't work as a hair dryer.
