I take NAC 600mg daily as part of my supplement routine, and this product has been exactly what I was looking for. The capsules are easy to take, the dosage is clearly labelled, and the tub is good value for the amount supplied. I also like that it keeps things simple, with a straightforward 600mg serving, which makes it easy to include in a daily routine. NAC does have a noticeable sulphur-like smell, which is normal for this type of supplement, but I have not noticed any taste when taking the capsules. I also have not experienced any side effects from using them. I have had no issues with the capsules, packaging, or quality. They arrived well sealed, are easy to store, and do exactly what I bought them for. As with any supplement, it is worth doing your own research and making sure it is suitable for you, especially if you take medication or have any health conditions. For me, though, this has been a reliable, good-quality NAC supplement and I am happy to keep using it. Definitely a 5-star product.

I also increased from 2 stars to 3 stars because of this, I think the large supply gives it an additional star on the rating because of the value for money. *further edit upping my review to 4 stars after positive impact on my period pain. I was VERY skeptical about how effective this would be at reducing my extreme period cramps, but can honestly say after 2 months I am noticing a difference. It has NOT helped with any of my daily endometriosis pain (back and pelvic pain, pain from adhesions pulling, or pain from my endometrioma). But, my last 2 periods have been much more manageable. I had around 6-12 hours of intense 8/10 pain, took my regular prescription painkillers which usually don't touch the pain (morphine and dihydrocodeine), and within a few hours the pain was barely noticeable. Usually, even with opiates, I'll be crying and rolling around in agony. But it was much better and I was even able (with painkillers) to make a simple meal. I have to stress that this has not cured my symptoms, it's only helped to the point that my STRONG painkillers are able to reduce the pain to a comfortable level. Without my painkillers it would still have been incredibly painful, and I would have still been bed bound for 4 days. So this is absolutely NOT a cure, but has it helped even a small amount? Yes. If you want to know the proper dosage etc then please read the bottom of my review. For endometriosis it is advised to have a 4 day break to avoid tolerance, and to take a higher dose. No taste, but a bit of a weird smell, doesn't transfer over into the taste. Easy enough to swallow, not too large and never had one get stuck. Please always check with your GP or consultant before starting a new supplement! Dosage I'm using for endometriosis pain (also the dosage used in the NAC clinical trial): one 600mg capsule 3x a day for 3 days with a 4 day break (total of 1800mg for 3 days). The break is crucial! Use a FULL glass of water, and try to take on a full stomach to reduce GI issues.

One of the best choices. My hangovers are from heavy to much much lighter to none if I don’t drink that much and even when I do my next day can be spent like almost a normal day. I love this tablest. I truly recommend

Super fast delivery and value for money

Smells like plastic. Not sure if it is suppose to smell like that or it is the packaging that contaminated the capsules. I am hesitant to take it.. any feedback on the smell is appreciated.
