The Ricolla throat drops are an excellent product. I used them for soothing my throat which becomes dry and sore from Chemo therapy I am getting. It does an excellent job of that and it also opens up my sinuses which get mildly stuffy. It is not the best tasting thing but I got used to that and happy to have it for the great therapy it give me.

We both were able to watch TV, have a conversation in the car and sleep better when my husband used these. He liked the flavor and the strength of the contents. I wasn't a fan but was glad they helped his cough and throat.

Most effective cough drops

I really can't complain about these cough drops. We used to use a honey/eucalyptus/menthol variety from another brand, and I thought those were ok. They tasted like, well, medicine. And medicine should taste like medicine, right? Meh. I have 4 kids, and 3 of them really appreciated these from the beginning. One of them complained about the taste all the time. During COVID, these cough drops were in short supply, so we had to fall back on the aforementioned cough drops. All 4 kids hated them. I snagged one to see what they were complaining about. After being spoiled on these Ricola drops, I see what they meant. The taste is almost like a good Angostura Bitters. It's herbal, slightly sweet, but also rich. It's unlike any other flavor I am aware of, but after using these for so long...they just taste like relief.

RICOLA is the best cough suppressant I have ever used. My only complaints are that they keep raising the prices and it tends to dry out my lips. So, to keep my lips moist I need to use chap stick. The most affordable supplier of Ricola is Walmart, by far. I find Amazon's prices are not at all comparable to Walmart ....

I have always loved these cough drops. However, Costco stopped selling the original herb drops. I don’t like the sugar free ones, so I bought these. They are advertised as 130 drops per package, and the picture of them also shows them as 130 count each. The packages I received were only 115 count each, however. I did contact the seller to complain. They gave me a partial refund, which was satisfactory to me. Since they are very expensive here, don’t know if I will buy them again.

The product is great! We like it better than any cough drops we have tried, and we’ve been married 66 years. It is somewhat pricey but worth it in the long run. There is a long delivery time, so it’s important to order before we run out.
