Highly Recommend!
I have struggled with getting my leg fully straight in PT and at home post knee replacement. Most of the exercises given REALLY hurt so I dreaded doing them. I often ended up feeling worse after aggressive PT. Enter Ideal Knee. Itโs easy to use, you can feel the stretch but no pain! Iโve made more progress in two weeks than I had in 2 months! Yes, itโs a little pricey but so worth it. Even my walking gait has improved. Give it a go!

It does work. I wish I bought it sooner.
I ordered this product a week ago, I've been using it 2x a day and I've seen a significant improvement. I had a 2 knee surgeries within the last year. Meniscus repair and then full knee reconstruction in March 2026. My issue was getting back my extention. Every morning after I use the IdealKnee stretcher, I massage my knee and hamstring, then I stretch. Im walking soooooo much better. I hope by next year I can run again.

Doc said use it to promote full extension to the knee so you're not slightly bent when you think you're straight (usually during heavier swelling pos op). Kept using it, so good I did it to both legs (the old replacement on the other knee responded too).

This was recommended by my physicial therapist. I used one in the clinic and liked it well enough to buy one for home use. It aids in knee extension and is comfortable to use. I ordered the optional strap and am glad I did.
