Perfect for beginners to fitness
Incredibly versatile set of weights. Lock securely during use and are easy to assemble when needed. Very sturdy and feel high quality. Have used as hand weights but can also be used by just locking all the discs together for more weight, even without the hand grip they are easy to hold due to how compact it is. Was definitely sore after use, and adjustable weight makes it easy to progressively overload. Also Incredibly cute :)

Good product, particularly for strating off
Perfect for new starters or anyone gradually regaining strength after injury. Very easy to click weights on/off, the lock give piece of mind, sturdy. Handling is comfortable with good grip.

Great quality weights at a good price point
Perfect, for what we were looking for at a good price these are really well made. Will last a lifetime if looked after and a good weight range. Very easy to use and they sit well in my wife’s hands. Overall I highly recommend these weights.

Easy to use, durable, can use "unbalanced"
I use these 3x weekly for wrist exercises at the gym and have used them for quite a while now with no issues. They're quite durable and easy to adjust the weights (I do this once per session) though a slight risk of nicking a fingernail if you're not careful with the sliders. I use them in a "balanced" design (equal weight on both ends of each dumbbell) for wrist flexion/extension and "unbalanced" (with more weight on the outsides) for wrist rotations, and they work great for that too unlike a traditional dumbbell. They do sometimes feel mildly unstable when "unbalanced" but it's only a slight sound, I have no fear of them failing whatsoever.

Nice item . Easy to change weights . Fair price I will have to upgrade soon though. I would buy these again if they went a size up

Love that I don’t need to have multiple sets of weights lying around. This product is great if you don’t have a lot of space. Easy to slide on/off the weight plates and does the job.
