I've been using this rotary chuck for more than half a year and i could say, it's excellent, very precise and does what intended, with zero problems. I would suggest to add claws accessories so it can grab tumblers and water bottles, i had to 3D Print them because the accessories provided are limited in certain cases, i wouldn't have bought the Chuck if I'd properly read the details on the accessories that comes with it because most of what i work with are tumblers. For what's its function is, it does it well. It is pretty much fully made of metal and is pretty durable. Could use more instructions as I had to do some outside research for using it on lightburn. The tool is pretty fast and straight forward when using it on my g2 max. Overall, the machine seems to work correctly on lightburn and is pretty precise with rotations.

Rotary isn't tall enough to handle large 40 oz tumblers. Also the chuck isn't centered and has some wobble. Im having to make lots of modifications to make it work.

This works amazing for rings pens and 20oz tumblers I love it

Chuck does not work properly with their laser engraver.
