While I have not used these kitchen shears yet, I will say, right out of the box my initial reaction was, “WOW”. Then I recalled someone’s review with a band-aid, so I handled the shears carefully knowing they are very sharp. These shears are beautiful, even a bit sexy. They have a sleek design, beautiful silver and black colors and the hardware used to hold them together sparkles. They are stainless steel for durability and long life. They are pretty lightweight. Not too much heavier than my plastic handled kitchen shears I’m replacing. This essential kitchen tool has a serrated outer blade for scraping stuff like fish. There is a bottle opener on the opposite blade and a nutcracker between the handles. I got these on sale and the price was certainly a good value for two pairs. Even full price is a good value. I use kitchen shears all of the time, so having two pairs in the kitchen is really cool for me. The size is ideal, too. One pair fits perfectly in my butcher block knife set replacing my plastic handled shears.****UPDATE 2/22/2026****I have been using these awesome kitchen shears for two months and I’m loving them. They cut through any job with ease and they are sturdy in my hand. I normally don’t update a review, but I really like these shears. They deserve the extra kudos.

Excellent shears, particularly for the price. Great materials. Truly heavy duty use. The seem durable and very rust resistant.Easy to clean. Versatile (many uses beyond the kitchen, which it carries out with distinction). Good cutting precision and power. Handles are confortable enough, but could have use a slightly better ergonomics.

I got these for my husband because he is the cook of our house. We had been using our kitchenaid kitchen shears for years and were due for an upgrade. He absolutely loved these. They’re heavy duty, sharp and can be used for multiple purposes and are well made. They come apart easily for cleaning and are a good size. Great value for the cost.

Finally, kitchen shears that don’t feel like a toy.These HUUSK poultry shears are stupidly sharp and actually strong — no flexing, no “maybe it’ll cut if I fight it,” just clean cuts. I’ve used them on whole chickens (joints, backbone, wings, all the annoying parts) and they go through like they’re supposed to. The grip feels solid in your hand, they don’t slip around when things get messy, and the pivot doesn’t feel loose or cheap.Big bonus: they’re easy to rinse out and clean, and the safety lock makes storage sane so you’re not fishing around a drawer with a blade trap waiting for you.If you break down meat at home even occasionally, this is one of those tools you buy once and immediately wonder why you waited. Great value for how tough they are.

Really nice set of kitchen shears - super sharp and multi-function. The size is perfect for my hands and easy to get a good grip when cutting through thick items. I used them to spatchcock a chicken and had no issues. I was able to power through the backbone/bones to force the chicken flat. I bought the set because I broke my last set of shears and the price was right, especially for two of them. I may use the bottle/cap opener at some point, maybe even the serrated side of the blade, but these will be primarily for cutting stuff. The metal seems legit and the overall construction is really good. The stainless steel should result is long-term use and rust resistant, with the multi-function parts adding to the versatility.*NOTE: One part, however, that I'm not thrilled about (and reduction of a star) - not being able to take them apart and do a thorough cleaning/sanitization after use. After cutting poultry or any other meat, the juices find ways of getting into every nook and cranny, especially at the hinge joint. No way to really clean these unless you leave them soaking for a bit and hope you kill all the bacteria.

These are some of the best scissors I think I've ever owned. They feel solid, make a really satisfying clicking sound when closed, and they are all-metal and feel solid. We bought the double pack because the kitchen scissors we normally use were always breaking. These are solid, a good size, and will last a long time. Very happy with this purchase.

Very sharp with good weight. If you don't mind a set of scissors that are a bit heavy, these are for you. The quality also seems to be pretty good, especially for the price point.
