This was recommended by a doc as an alternative to anxiety meds, a natural supplement to help with GABA markers are low. Suggested recommendation is 2 as a daily supplement, but take as needed and have shared this with many others. It also helps with not being able to sleep as well.

I take one capsule about 30 minutes before bed and find that it relaxes me and allows me to fall asleep quickly (with melatonin and ambien which I have taken for years). I tried it on its own once (without melatonin and ambien - and it didn't work by itself. However, my wife took one capsule and she was allergic and itchy all over for two hours until an Atarax could bring it under control. For me, it helped. For her - no way.
