Good for volume, not so much for hold!
Definitely helps with volume but the hold is just good. I wish it was better! I do b regularly use this, though as it's not too expensive

Poor hold, sticky and not much volume.
Changed to this when they stopped making the grey vitamin b volume one. Not nearly as strong and definitely not the same volume. Also seems to be a bit sticky.
