Trying to cut sugar out of my life, I got these to replace sports drinks for golf. I bought it hoping it would be drinkable, so I could get it down for the supplements. Surprise, surprise, it tastes pretty OK. I bought this mixed pack so I could try out different flavors to find the least offensive, but I've had them all and all are easy to drink. Cherry/Pom and Strawberry Lemonade are my favorite, but the pineapple was a surprise.I mix it in a cup with a lid that I keep in my cart and it dissolves well with a couple shakes, not a lot of residue on the bottom when you finish.Price per serving is about 2/3 of comparable products with the same ingredients.

Our only complaint was that the packets were a little difficult to open. So we kept a scissors handy. Wasn't enough of a downer to subtract a star. Have tried several of these types of hydration packets and these are my favorite so far. Taste, dissolving, and price are better than FlavCity Sugar Free (doesn’t dissolve well and pricey) and IV Solutions Sugar Free (flavor was meh, and pricey). This brand has great flavors (grape is my favorite), competitive pricing, and mixes very well. This brand is definitely sweeter/stronger flavor than the other two brands mentioned but if you prefer less flavor just add more water. My only complaint is that the packets are hard to open and I have to use scissors.

It goes well with anything because it has a clean taste. I don't drink much water, so my doctor recommended that I drink a lot of water, but I still had a hard time drinking water. However, since I started using this product, drinking water has become easier. When I'm really thirsty, I mix it with this and drink it. It absorbs well and my thirst is quickly quenched.
