Great quality and comfortable for long legs.
I bought this chair for my 6’4” grandson for his 13th birthday, so that means he’s still growing! This chair was perfect for his long legs. The seat is a little deeper and the leg rest a little longer than standard chairs. He sits in this chair for hours on end, especially on weekends and school holidays. He says it’s the most comfortable he’s been with his height in a chair in a long while. Previously he struggled with back pain while sitting but with the lumbar support this is more comfortable. The leather is high quality and, after 9 months still looks and feels like new.

Sturdy and easy to put together for us moms!
Great gaming chair!! I bought 2! I have 2 sons- one is 6’1 230lbs and the other is 6’0 250lbs. This chair was a Christmas present for both of them and it’s been 5 months and still holding strong for teenage boys! No complaints! Plus it’s always a bonus when it’s easy for mama to put together:)

Very comfortable and great for long gaming sessions
This chair is super comfortable and perfect for long hours of gaming or working. The padding feels great and gives good support for both the back and neck. I also like that it’s big and spacious, which makes it ideal if you want something more solid and not too tight. The build quality feels sturdy and the materials don’t feel cheap. Assembly was simple and everything came well packaged. Overall, it’s a great chair for the price and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and support.

good chair, but back does not sit all the way up at 90 degrees, at least, not for me.
I just got this chair, after a shipping fiasco (possibly weather related). I have it put together. I gave it 4 stars because the seat is comfy, and large... but the armrests are too low for me and the back of the chair is back too far for me. I am fat, but not large. I'm not 6ft tall (0nly the average 5'7") but am fat. I am slightly too heavy for most desk chairs. So I got this one. The lumbar pillow is really sturdy, as is the neck pillow. Only problem is that the back of the chair does not reach my back and so my head and neck don't even touch the neck pillow unless I lean back like the computer guy on South Park. The chair tilts nicely and spins really loosely. The foot rest is a little short, but still provides decent support if and when I want to use it. The instructions were not super clear on how to put it together, so I may have fudged up on the back support plate (which would also explain the lack of support of the chair back to my back. . I may attempt to take the chair apart at a later time to fix this small error.

Will work for now
Try number 2 to write this sucks you can't navigate away without loosing your entire review. Eh. Chair is decent for the price. Logo is very tacky. I wanted a cat ear chair but hated the prices I was seeing. So I noticed I could order the paw cushion and ears and just get away with a pink chair with a hideous logo. My paw pillow covers the logo and the other is covered by the small head rest pillow. All in all it is a good temporary chair until I can afford a secret lab chair. Disabled so going to start streaming for work, so this is a great temporary investment to try.

A Chair with good paper specs but no real world function
For reference i am roughly 300lbs I am not sure how this chair is rated for 400 lbs. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I do not trust that rating to be accurate. If I lean side to side the chair makes noises as if it's about to fall apart. The part of the seat that connects to base pole is only held by gravity. I guess you will never use the chair upside down, but it still doesn't inspire confidence. The chair has the ability to recline but I am too afraid to use the feature due to how un-sturdy it feels. The seat itself is a good size and there's plenty of room even at my larger width. The cushion is not comfortable, and it's slightly angled so the front is higher than the rear. If you sit in this chair more than about 2 hours you will wish you had bought something different. I also often sit with one foot under the knee of my opposing leg, and this ends up pushing my thigh into the armrest bar. This is extremely uncomfortable, but I am aware this is a personal problem. How I sit is unusual. The only way to fix this would be to remove the armrests completely. I might do this, they are pretty useless, the height of them is too low to be comfortable for me (5'9"). The slide out leg rest thing falls under the rest of my complaints: It looks nice but is useless. It doesn't pull out far enough to rest your legs on without your knees dangling at a weird angle and being uncomfortable, and in the situation it's probably meant for (reclined) I will never use because there's no way this chair can actually handle 300+ lbs while reclined. On the positive side, the price was good, the shipping was timely, the packed was not damaged at all and had good packaging, and it was very simple to put together. My conclusion: The chair looks good, on paper and in person, the price is good, the packaging is good, but the product itself was likely designed purely on paper without actual human testing to see if their design was just as functional as it was pretty. Best use case: Someone under 5'6" and below 250lbs -Updated after 10 months- This chair is garbage. The fake leather is flaking off, it squeaks after any movement, the cushion has all but purely flat, and I'm going to have to replace it. This chair is an disrespectful to anyone who sits in it.

Comfy and Sturdy, however…
Definitely for big and tall. Seems sturdy enough as well as easily movable with the wheels or came with. I typically swap the stock wheels out with the roller-blade style wheels. They just move easier and I’ll definitely still be doing that. 3.5 stars for comfort. Lost a star and a half for a few reasons. It was actually pretty difficult to screw in the pre-threaded holes/bolts where the hardware connected at the apex of the chair. The instructions direct you to erect it from the bottom up as is the case with most of these office chairs. However it has you screwing the connecting piece for the back onto the back first, and then sliding it into the seat hardware to make the apex. I couldn’t line the holes up that way, so I did it the reverse way: attached the connecting piece to the seat hardware first and then was able to more easily line up the holes for the connecting of the seat back. The other half star is because of the adjustability… it sits all the way back, almost to where you’d be laying flat on it… but it doesn’t have a tilt feature, so you can lean back while the seat back is locked. This is a feature most typical office chairs have, so I was a little disappointed this one didn’t have it… it’d make the massaging lumbar support more pleasant. Anyway, overall, not a bad purchase.
