best slicer i ever bought since the 80`s
pretty quiet cuts even blade is pretty sharp the tray you stick the meat on to slice, goes back 7inches. i think most only go back 5 inches has a meat tray that comes with it to catch the meat/cheese, whatever. really nice addition you can shred meat or cut it really thin. so far its the best one i ever bought and i been buying home slicers since the 80`s. its not that heavy either. its not a pound but maybe 5lbs [ gallon of milk weight ] this machine is raised off the countertop by suction cups so the tray fits under it. they work great the bar that holds where you place the meat for slicing, comes off with the tray, nice feature for cleaning it after.

Great smaller food store type electric slicer
Worked like a charm. The toothed blade slices heavy crust Italian bread flawlessly with no crumbs. The ham Isliced came out great with 1/8th thick slices. highly reccomend this slicer. Iwould also but the metal infused gloves to use when slicing.

Meat slicer
This meat slicer has been a game-changer in my kitchen! It slices meats, cheeses, and even veggies with ease and precision. The adjustable thickness is super handy, and cleanup is surprisingly simple with the removable parts. It feels sturdy and safe to use, even for a beginner. Perfect for meal prepping, deli-style sandwiches, or charcuterie boards at home!

Slicer best gift. You have from very thin to thick slices. Easy to handle. Cleans well. Quit motor. Love it

Excellent for the price
Didn't realize the blade has a turn and lock to keep it steady. First time cutting was a pain nothing was the same thickness. After cleaning it which is extremely easy by the way I realized the lock. Second time I got perfect slices on cheese and summer sausage. For the cheese I used a wet paper towel to dampen the blade before each slice. I watched a YT video for that. Since then I always do cheese and summer sausage and it came with a serrated blade for my bread. I won't use my bread slicer anymore this is much easier and better slices, thinner than what I could get out of my handle crank bread slicer which I just bought a few months ago

For 120$ I’m quite impressed. I switched to the smooth blade. I haven’t tried the serrated blade. It cut semi hard cured meat consistent thickness, I had it set to 1mm and it cut quite well. Getting paper thin slices was a bit more of a challenge but that can be user error. We tried moist cheese it worked well. I tried it and said if I didn’t like it I would return it. We are keeping this. The cons the blade is a bit of a challenge to put back on and get seated in the gears. all the gears are plastic. For occasional use it would likely be ok it’s not something I would use daily. The suction feet don’t work that well. But it was easy enough to hold and cut. Sometimes the meat gets jammed behind the blade. I had it happen a couple of times. A mild annoyance but it beats cutting with a knife. Cleaning can be a bit of chore. I wiped it down and used food grade sanitizer on all contact surfaces.

It's a nice machine but the blades are not super sharpe, I'll need to find a way to sharpen them. Just trying to cut Chorizo and the blade was tearing the meat.
