Mstak is and does everything it says. I have cycled this several times over the years and just finished one recently. Id say the science has improved even better. I dont take the red. My energy level from the rest makes me not want to leave the gym already. Gains are up and strength and stamina are noticeably improved. Im 58yrs old and mstak has really helped move me over that wall ive been fighting for a couple years. Very impressed. After the cycle the energy drops. Good time to work on cardio and wellness. Cycling and yoga to keep the mind in the gym then hit it again after the break. My physique is very much improved. 10 stars

I began using Universal Nutrition's M-Stak, like most I'm sure, as a skeptic. I'm a young guy that's been lifting pretty consistently for the better part of a year or so. Between the tiresome hours of work and school, my workouts had been getting shorter and I felt I wasn't putting in near as much effort as I could've, or maybe should've been. As a result, I started to plateau. My stats didn't increase much, nor did I get any bigger. I knew there had to be something out there for the guys with a busy schedule! That's when I came across this great product. I thought "Hey, with all of these great reviews, it's worth a shot". For the first week or two on the supplements, I didn't notice much of a difference besides an increase in energy after taking the caffeinated pill. It wasn't until I was 2/3 of the way done with my bottle that I started to notice I was working my way out of my plateau. I started to notice my arms getting bigger, and my stats steadily increasing. I highly recommend this product to all of those who can fit this in their budget, and even those that have to shift priorities to make room in their budget. You won't regret it.

I feel great, with this product

Okay guys listen up. I've been training for about 12 years and I consider myself a natural bodybuilder. I started taking this and felt it on the first night I tried it. I didn't work out because I wanted to see how my body would react without getting my heart rate up. I noticed my ankles and wrists started to ache. Which I knew right away meant I was dehydrated. I was about halfway through a month-long workout routine before I felt I wanted to try something to break through any plateaus. So I started integrating it in, with my high carb high protein diet. I'm completely satisfied with the results. I have gained 13 pounds and my muscles are thicker and Fuller in places that have never been before. Specifically my neck shoulders and forearms are rounder thicker and Fuller. But new muscle everywhere. I believe my body fat percentage has gone down at the same time the scale has gone up. I typically walk around between 12 and 13% body fat. It has always been a challenge for me to gain weight even when my diet is dialed in. I have to bust my ass just to put on one pound of solid muscle. Granted I've been killing it in the gym but these pills have definitely help me with new gains. No question about it. I never took the red pill, just because I felt as though I never needed it. My energy levels have been great my appetite has been up, and the best thing about these pills is my sleep quality. I sleep so freaking hard and have some vivid dreams. Seriously I haven't slept this good in a long time. I know some of my weight gain has been water. I've been trying to get about a gallon a day, but that's natural when you're training hard. The only negative is taking all these pills but who really cares when your seeing Gains.right? I can't comment on the red pill because I never took it, but overall I give this product 5 stars. My strength has gone up and my focus in the gym is amazing. I definitely recommend it for someone trying to break a plateau and/or the typical hardgainer

I have been lifting and training since I was 14 and am now 36. I have never taken anything beside protein, creatine, and pre workout. I needed a little help breaking through some plateaus due increased working hours and cutting this time of year. I’m done with the first 3 week cycle out which is recommended to do 3, 3 week cycles then a month off. I have noticed a huge difference in recovery time and less fatigue during workouts. I have gained about 1lb of lean muscle maybe more in 3 weeks which if you know after so many years of lifting it gets harder to gain lean mass due to certain physiology of human male bodies and muscle density. I started to stack this with animal craetine as well and further increased results I’m excited to see how much gain after the 3rd cycle. I do recommend this product no side effects at all just increased energy without the red pill and gains. I don’t want to add any non natural hormones to my body (just my preference nothing against anyone who does) and this was a surprisingly good supplement to help. You obviously still have to work hard and put in the effort but Mstack definitely helps.

Bought these for my boyfriend. He wanted a natural supplement to enhance is muscle growth. I can't say that this will work for everyone - but combined with exercise and diet, these supplements enhanced his muscles significantly within the span of one month.

Animal products has been my fav bran of supplements due to the results that it gives. Specially M-Stak show quick results than any other product available in the market.

Great product to gain size faster. Only negative side: personally I did not take the red pill in the pack, it’s too stimulant. It’s the equivalent of 3 cans of monster energy drink (500mg cafeine).
