I highly recommend this product
This is the absolute best multivitamin I have tried to date. I work with kids who are CONSTANTLY sick and since I started taking this I have rarely gotten sick. I think the anti-inflammatory properties of it work quite well too. I am 50 years old and have tired many different vitamins. Cost is a bit on the higher side, but it is worth it in my opinion. Great product.

Excellent Supplement!
Been using this for years. I swear by it. If I feel a little cold coming on, I take some and it goes away. If I actually get sick, I really think it helps shorten the intensity and duration of the cold. I highly recommend this supplement. It is well worth it.

Great
I love it. I knew it worked good when I went on a 8 day water fast. I was not feeling well at first. But I started taking the supplement and my headache, dizziness, nausea went away and I was able to complete my fast with ease. Im assuming by taking the supplements it provided me with the minerals and vitamin throughout the fast. I may be wrong but I sure felt the difference from when I wasn't taking it.
