mooas Newtro Flip Desk Clock, Battery Powered, Wall/Desk (Cream)

It is great, but I didn't know that this is how clocks were back in the late 1900's until my Mom let me know. It's absolutely quiet, perfect for an office space like the one I've put mine in. The only noise it makes is a small "click" a few seconds after the time flips, another as the card changes, and another a few moments later. I love the green color as well, it looks exactly as it was depicted. Once I set the time in line with my phone it has remained accurate. The only thing I don't like, which isn't enough to knock off a star, is how flimsy the battery springs are. It was actually a little bit difficult to install the batteries because the springs kinda just. . .moved out of the way? I got them in though, I will update my review once I find out how long they last. I assume it will be a while, I can't imagine that this takes up too much power. It doesn't have any lights or backlighting. Very happy with it.

I like the idea of this clock. I like the retro look of it. I like the ticking sound every time the minute side flips. But no matter how many times I try to reset it the hour side gets to 11 and stops. I’ve been too lazy to try to return it, and I honestly like the little click it makes every minute—it reminds me of my grandparents’ house. But I just use other clocks to check the time, and when I finally get around to replacing this one I won’t be so cheap about it.

Hours were getting stuck at first and not telling correct time. The fix I did was just spamming the hour leaver that seems to have loosed up the slides or spring. However now its working.

Ive had this clock for a few weeks and I love it. Almost everyone that comes into my room mentions the little tan retro clock sitting on my shelf. Display size is good, it works great, and its sturdy when accidentally bumped. Theres no annoying cord that you have to plug in, just batteries! Something to keep in mind though, when the numbers flip, its a noticeable sound, so keep that in mind if you cant stand ticking or small sounds. Overall, this is a clock that i would 100% buy again when I move out of the dorms!💚💚

Well it’s so cute- and it does flip, but it does not accurately keep time. I saw a couple of reviews saying that and I was hoping they got faulty clocks. I’m so sad because it is so nice but it just doesn’t work right. With nothing on the flipping did echo a bit at night as I’m a light sleeper it bothered me a bit but not bad. It was great quality. I never got to see the battery life because it didn’t work. And the accuracy is also unable to be adjusted in anyway.

ZERO stars ! Do not buy this clock unless you don’t care about a clock that keeps time correctly. I would be returning it but the return window closed in December. I bought this clock in October. I’ve put four sets of batteries in it since the day I bought it and it stops keeping correct time between one day and 2 days of doing so. Now it doesn’t even keep the right hour! As nice as it looks, I really have no use for it! Does anyone out there want a 3 o’clock that doesn’t work? The pics show the difference in the real time on my 30 year-old stove and the incorrect time that this little plastic clock thinks it is.

Worked great in the beginning and now noticing it doesn’t keep time. It’s slower and requires to rest time every other day.

時間がずれていくので定期的に手動で合わせないといけない。見た目は良いけど、時計時計としてはゴミくず。返品可能期間に時間のズレが発生していれば返品してたけど、うまいこと期間が過ぎてからズレ始めた点は不良時計としては優秀

Unlike other reviews, I have found this flip clock to be very accurate. I'm have no problems with sticking numbers. Yes, it is cheap, but for the money, it's a hark back to the 1980s for me and looks good on my shelf above my desk. I have had it for over a month now, hence this late review.

The digits frequently jam. We eventually banished it from the bedroom, as the clock makes a lot of noise, especially on hour changes. A clock that does not reliably show the time and robs your sleep is kind of pointless.

I ordered 7 for my clinic, and in spite of them being on shelves/ not being man-handled at all, only 3 of them work. We've had them for 9 months. Two of them are slow to flip (i.e. the minute hand will flip every 1.5 mins), and then the other two get "stuck" on numbers and won't move past them (ex. the hour hand on one of them gets stuck on "8", and won't move past 8 as the hour). I've tried replacing batteries and troubleshooting, but they're just pieces of junk!
