I enjoy this
I'm on a more healthy eating programme and I add this to my whole food cereal. Tastes ok, I would recommend. I hope that they start to stock a larger sized product 500 g or 1 kg as I found this pack a little small.

Certainly Not Gluten-free!
This product is not 100% Buckwheat. In fact, I feel it is heavily mixed with Oats and/or Wheat. Although the ingredient list says just Buckwheat; as a gluten intolerant person, I got really ill after consuming it. Since, Buckwheat is not a grain, I have them normally in my diet and I don't get any reaction with it. But this product certainly left me in stomach pain, diarrhoea, bloating and discomfort for the next few days. My symptoms are very light if it is just a cross-contamination. The package says 'it may contain traces of gluten etc', but it certainly didn't feel like a cross contamination from the factory, I believe it is actually mixed with the product itself. Gluten/oats intolerant people be aware of this. Do not take a chance. Otherwise I can say it is a very nice porridge as I had it.

I have this on subscribe and save, so I know I will be getting it as frequently as I choose. I first heard about buckwheat when I discovered Sirt Food. There are 20 main Sirt foods including buckwheat, which can substitute for flour or cereals. The benefits include gluten free, relatively high protein and low GI. Oh and it's delicious

GOOD QUALITY ORGANIC BUCKWHEAT FLAKES. ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE PURCHASED. NO WASTE. WILL BUY AGAIN. CAN ALSO MIX SOME IN WITH PORRIDGE SATCHETS IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BULK IT UP SLIGHTLY TO SEE YOU THROUGH TO THE NEXT MEAL, WITHOUT ADDING CALORIES.

Severe health and safety hazard
I have been a regular customer and have used these flakes to make porridge. Yesterday, while eating a bowl of porridge made from this product, I found a metal splinter in my mouth. I still feel nauseated by this incident and am concerned that I may have inadvertently swallowed other fragments before noticing.

je pensais en manger en céréales avec du lait, malheureusement les flocons sont écrasés comme de la poussière, ce ne ressemblent aucunement à la photo sur le paquet. Sur la vidéo on voit la poussière tamisée sur 1.5Kg
