It fit perfect thanks to the size guide on amazon. It doesn't slide and the stays in place. It's also stretchy, so I can still bend my knee.It's not uncomfortable at all. I've worn it all day long and it stayed in place. It's much better than an ace Bandage, that always has to be adjusted. I have a torn meniscus and this helped with the pain and kept my knee from moving around so much. It offers a lightweight compression and it's very comfortable.

I couldn't wait for these to arrive and when they did, I put one on my sore knee and got immediate support and relief! I've tried other knee compression sleeves, and this is my preferred style. I do appreciate that it comes in a color other than black, which tends to absorb heat more than I like. The fabric is a little thicker than what I've used in the past, but maybe that's a good thing? I'm a mid-size female; the large fits fine and so far it stays in place. The quality seems good for the value. I'm curious to see how well they hold up in the laundry.

I put this on as soon as it came I have been having knee pain for the last 4 months Doctor said it maybe a meniscus tear /fluid build up. I clean houses during the day and a nurse assistant during the night I needed something that would allow me to walk as close to normal as possible and came across these. I kind of feel Instant relief. I ordered an XL I am 5’5 280 I was worried it wouldn’t fit around my big thigh but to my surprise it did it’s very stretchy. So far it seems to be offering me support. I feel like I could have went with a large for a more snug fit because it so stretchy.
