Big let down
At £22 I was expecting a great balsamic, but was really disappointed. Very watery and not the sweetness I would expect. Had much better for a fraction of the price.

Not DOP balsamic vinegar
This vinegar is thin and sour. I would have returned it if I had not already opened it by the time I realise the problems. What's really annoying is that it cost the price of DOP balsamic, but it isn't.

Pretty Bottle but only the watered down contents
Good Balsamic has a label stating 'Density: 1.34 or better. This is a dilute version.

Happy-happy
Amazon has asked me to post a new review. The company was founded in 1605. The product is fantastic. That's why I ordered it. It was a great feeling to order and I was very happy to receive the package. The balsamic vinegar is thick and delicious. Unfortunately part of the package was missing because there was a hole in the box marked Amazon. The wax broke off the jars, but that's ok
