Is this better than hanging moving blankets or moving blanket booth?

Yes. VOCTENT gives you fuller 360° coverage for a more enclosed setup, helping create cleaner, drier recordings. It’s also made with premium acoustic blankets that avoid the powdery dust and odor often found in moving blankets.

Does this booth soundproof a room?

This booth is designed to reduce room echo, reflections and reverb around your recording area. It is not intended to fully soundproof a room or completely block loud outside noise.

Can I sit inside the booth, and will a small table fit?

Yep! You can comfortably sit inside both the L and XL with a bar stool. If you go with the XL, a small table can fit too. I’ve personally used an L-shaped table around 32 x 13.8 in, and it fits really well.

What comes with the booth? And is it portable?

The booth includes acoustic blankets, frame, travel duffel bag, clamp-on tray, tablet holder, reusable zip ties & LED light; Yes, it is portable. The booth can be packed down for storage or put it in the trunk of most cars for easy transport.
