This salt has such a complex mineral flavor to it. It's hard to really describe the taste and how it differs from regular salt other than to say it's more dynamic and the flavor lasts longer/develops on the tastebuds. It can be used to replace regular salt in any dish. Added bonus is that it's better for you -- less sodium and more essential minerals.
