I absolutely love this salon chair! The color is gorgeous and the design instantly elevated my workspace. My clients especially love that it reclines, allowing them to relax comfortably during their appointments. Assembly was fairly easy and took about an hour and a half. Once set up, the chair felt very sturdy and well-made. If you’re looking for something stylish, comfortable, and functional, this is a great choice. 5 stars — I would definitely recommend!

I really like this barber chair! It looks very stylish with the black and gold design, and it feels sturdy and well-made. The seat is comfortable, and the hydraulic pump works smoothly. It’s easy to adjust the height and the chair rotates nicely. I use it at home for haircuts and it works perfectly. It also looks professional, like a real salon chair. Great value for the price! Loveeee this chair. It honestly looked even better in person than I expected. The size is perfect and works for clients of all body types, plus it goes up really high which I love. The recline feature is hands down my favorite part—perfect for clients who like to relax or get sleepy during appointments. Assembly was easy, instructions were clear, and it took about 45 minutes. I got the matte black color and it instantly made my studio look cleaner and more professional. The chair feels sturdy, well-made, and definitely worth the money. It also arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. If you’re thinking about buying it, do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Regardless of the bad reviews I read, I still decided to order from this store and I should have listened! I had a grand opening and this would've been the perfect chair but it was not and it ruined my big moment. This chair is a complete disaster. The screws were extremely tight and I tried using tools, lubricants- Nothing worked. I tried to return and the seller was giving me a run around and suggested things I should do, KNOWING that the screws were tight to begin with. I finally got my refund but they would NOT accept the chair back! Long story short DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!

I’m giving 4 stars because putting the reclining piece together is a biiiiiiiiii ..but in the end the chair is beautiful and is going to make me some 💰💰💰 I love it ! I look forward to purchasing more for my business ! Customer service was on point with contacting me and making sure my issue was resolved

I love this chair and so do my clients. It’s beautiful and very strong. It’s comfortable and can accommodate very heavy and tall people. The chair doesn’t wobble even when reclined!! I was so excited that the chair arrived earlier than expected. I watched the videos to see what tools were recommended, they recommended using a drill to tighten the bolts. It was fairly easy to put together but use care after installing the chair back don’t tighten the middle bolt or 2little screws yet. To install the gas pump attach the first end then when you get to the other side it will not fit don’t touch any screws on the gas pump!!! Instead move the chair back until you get the correct position and the gas pump will fall in place. Attach and tighten all screws and bolts. My chair didn’t work because I adjusted the screws on the air pump. I contacted the company they responded very quickly to address my issue. They offered some solutions to help me and requested videos so they could determine the problem. I watched videos and read solutions and I was able to correctly install my chair. The company’s customer service was excellent they truly stood by their product and cared that they make the consumer happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this chair!! If it doesn’t work it’s probably not installed correctly and not the company’s fault but contact them and they’ll offer a solution.

This chair was everything I expected it to be, and I love the color. The set up was pretty straight forward if you use the included directions. I love the color and durability. I love that the headpiece is detachable and it reclines perfect enough for me to use along with my portable shampoo bowl. For extended use I would recommend a pillow as well.

I’m really happy with this braiding chair! It was very easy to put together and the instructions were simple to follow. I didn’t run into many problems during the setup process at all. The chair feels sturdy, looks great in my area, and is comfortable as well. I also want to mention that the customer service was amazing. They were very attentive whenever I had questions or needed help and responded quickly to my messages. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this chair to other braiders/barbers or salon owners! Ps- I built mine incorrectly simply by trying to do it without watching the “How To” videos lol🤣😩 but it’s an easy fix I’ll be fixing it tomorrow
