What’s not to love about this. Love that it doesn’t wake the dead when using so I can make dough anytime I want without waking the whole house. The only negative thing I can find is that it’s very heavy so I don’t bother putting it away

Update Aug 25 2024 - 8 months on going strong.. What a machine! Amazing, quiet, powerful! Many batches of bread , cakes, muffins turned out beautifully! So happy that I selected this after a lot of research comparing with famous brands like KA, Breville, Bosch, Kenwood. My last one was a KA bowl lift. I wish Zacme would advertise more so more people can know about this great mixer. I thank Amy learns to cook for the demo of this machine that got this on my radar. Great quality for a great price! Looking forward to using my Zacme for Fall/Holiday entertaining! Update April 20 24 Amazing machine. Baking 2-3 batches of breads each time. We are only eating homemade breads for past 4 months. This is so powerful a machine for big batches of dough. And still super quiet. I have used KA for many years but the Zacme is so much better and stronger. Cannot even compare them. Maybe the KA commercial could be good but this one is at less than half $. The accessories are all steel and the timer/pause etc is super convenient. If you are looking for a stand mixer I would recommend Zacme in a heartbeat. Jan 20 24It’s been a month since I bought the 7.4 Zacme. I am impressed how well this machine works. I bought after watching it on YouTube ( Amy Learns to Cook). Due to quality, functionality and price I chose this after months of research and compared with Ank, Bosch, KA etc. . The DC motor is super quiet, love the timer/pause function and fabulous stainless steel heavy accessories. The 7.4 qt also has the digital accessory selector for safety. The stir speed is amazing. I have kneaded dough for 2-3 loaves at a time following the recommended volume and hydration%. It keeps going for 7-12mins or more without any noise, strain or jumping. Compared to my old famous name mixer the dough hook motion gathers all the flour from the bottom and the sides without requiring constant scraping. Cookies and cake came out excellent. For questions I was able to connect via email provided by Amazon. Very responsive customer service!! Highly recommend.

I got my 7.4 qt black Zacme today. Although I couldn't turn it on yet, I cannot hold myself back from reviewing. It is stylish, and looks like high-quality. I am so happy with all metal steel attachments, plus thankful to be gifted a flex beater. Its suction cups are powerful. I am not baking to sell and this is my first experience for kitchen chefs. Since 2 years I was constantly searching and trying to find best both in durability and price point. I hope this will last. Additionally, I got a message from seller stating 2-year warranty which is stated in manual too. I remember reading in one of the reviews that there is no manual, but I got it and it is very detailed. May be Zacme beat the famous one. I plan to use it frequently before return window is closed. And I will update my review. I know how hard to make a decision with a small budget, and I would like contribute in this matter.

THE GOOD - This mixer is a beast, strong, quiet and very will built. The attachments are of the best quality, the only item you might find hard to acquire would be a "scraper beater", I found an after market on-line. as Zacme was all out, and could not assure availability in the future. THE BAD - This may not be a deal breaker for you, but I found it very annoying. The LED control display could of been designed more user friendly. The first time you set up the mixing mode and speed isn't that big of a Deal. the problem is every time you lift the head to scrape down the batter stuck to the inside of the bowl (and you have to lift the head to scrape) you then have to start the start-up menu all over again to resume mixing. There is a "pause button" for this, but it only works if you do not lift the head to scrape. Who ever designed these controls has never used a stand mixer. I have not received my scraper beater yet, I'm hoping the scraper beater will solve most of this problem. I would recommend this mixer to anyone who is planning to order the scraper beater to have your bowl automatically scraped as you mix, but you might want to make sure the scraper beater is available before ordering, or you will be frustrated.

The dough hook, whisk and beater must be made of stainless steel, because this is related to food safety. There are few stand mixers can meet these conditions on Amazon. Although the price of this machine is relatively expensive, I still firmly place an order. After receiving the new stand mixer, it runs smoothly and has low noise. The three accessories: the dough hook, whisk and beater are all made of sturdy stainless steel, which are in line with my purchase expectation. The disadvantage is that the bowl is a little defective, and the speed of the dough hook is only 6, but it is enough if it is only used for dough mixing. Later, there is an error code E03 when the mixer was running. I contacted customer service, they quickly replied and solved the problem and offered to send a new machine to replace it. This after-sales service attitude is really what all buyers expect.
