Helped my neuropathy.
I have neuropathy, but my symptoms are only numbness in my lower extremities, no pain or discomfort, other than the numbness affects my balance. My chiropractor suggested I try taurine. I’ve been taking it for almost 2 months now, and noticed a significant difference in the numbness. I don’t even notice any numbness except once in a while and it’s not as heavy as previously. I’m not saying it will work for everyone, but it has certainly helped me.

My go-to supplement company. Added Taurine after reading about potential benefits. So far so good—-no issues. My blood pressure has responded favorably. Plan on using this daily as part of my routine. This brand tends to be a bit pricier than others, but I trust them and feel the quality really makes it worth the price.

Great product to help your brain
I have been taking Taurine for 20 years for general muscle health and to help my brain as well. It is a great amino acid and works for me. I work with languages all day long and Taurine helps my brain stay strong and focused. I take 2000 mg a day. The main reason why I got this brand is that I've been having a hard time finding the 1000 mg capsules lately. I looked in a couple of "Natural Products" stores and all they had was the 500 mg. So I found this one on Amazon and got it. I'm happy I don't need to take 4 capsules a day anymore but just 2. It is the main reason why I got this product.

Best brand out of MANY!
I have been taking this exact product along with their L-Arginine for years. It helps to keep my blood pressure regulated along with my blood pressure medication which does not keep it leveled out on its own. Both of these supplements also really help the issues that I have with tension in my neck. I have tried multiple other (cheaper) brands, but always go back to this as I can tell a huge difference very quickly. I don’t ever take other brands any longer as this works the best for me!
