Excellent decongestant - smells amazing!
This is a marvellous decongestant! Smells exactly like โKarvolโ back in the day. I suffer with bad sinuses and this really helps me. I either sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief and have it on my bedside table whilst I sleep, or in an oil burner (add a bit of water to it). Lovely, warm, comforting smell. Iโve got it and bought my sister some too. Lasts ages.

Lovely smelling oil.
I bought this to put in a diffuser while suffering from a congested heavy cold and as its got eucalyptus and other oils I thought it would help with breathing at night. The scent is nice but I did need to put at least 10 -15 drops in the water , not 2 drops as recommended by the diffuser instructions. It definitely worked to scent the water vapour. Also sniffing the open bottle up close helped. Overall it seems good quality and I don't know if it's because I'm so congested that the smell is a bit milder than expected.

Lovely relaxing aroma
Very pleasant. Use it in a 2 litre capacity humidifier and only need a few drops of this oil to fill my bedroom with a relaxing aroma that lasts through the night.

Nice Product
Love this. It's not as strong as an outright eucalyptus oil, but it's enough to help clear your nose and is much more pleasant when doing do. I use it in my CPAP and it's great!

Strong stuff
Didn't get much chance to use it as I've been hospitalised since. But it did seem to help clear the airways for a while.

High quality and clears the passages, but the warnings are a bit scary.
To the best of my judgement, this is a quality blend of essential oils, containing eucalyptus, lavender, tea tree, rosemary, peppermint and thyme. However, I was a bit alarmed by the product warnings, which say it may be fatal if swallowed, causes skin irritation, and is toxic to aquatic life! I understand even pure and natural ingredients can be harmful if used incorrectly, and of course I have no intention of drinking it! But even so, I have few other products at home that expressly warn of fatality. Even bleach doesn't! Is this tiny bottle of essential oils really more dangerous than bleach, and if so, should I be inhaling it? My interest piqued, I learnt it's eucalyptus oil that seems to be the problem. It can indeed be fatal if taken by mouth, even at low doses. Further, WebMD rather worryingly states there isn't enough reliable information to know if eucalyptus oil is safe when inhaled as aromatherapy OR used diluted on skin - both of which are suggested for this. I have tried it, but am very wary. Although not specifically mentioned in the instructions, I don't think it's suitable for use in my diffuser, which is waterless. So if I were to use it, I'd be inhaling a mist of the undiluted oil, which seems a bad idea. And I didn't have a carrier oil to dilute it. That leaves inhaling it from a basin of hot water and/or putting a few drops on a handkerchief, each of which I've tried. It smells quite pleasant, albeit somewhat medicinal, and yes, it clears out the passages. Also certainly wakes you up if you were feeling sluggish! It makes your eyes water a bit. A couple of other safety considerations: the lettering on the bottle is microscopic, even though it warns this stuff is potentially fatal. If it's important enough to go on the bottle (And what could be more important than danger of death?) it's important enough to be readable. Also a photograph in the listing appears to show somebody about to drop it undiluted onto skin. Although the caption clarifies that you need to dilute it, a casual glance at the photo might make you think it's unnecessary. I believe this photo should be removed as misleading.
