One pack arrived opened
I ordered a pack containing four biscuit packets, and unfortunately one of them was already opened inside the packaging. The other three were sealed and fine. This is disappointing for a food item and raises concerns about quality control. Overall the product itself is fine, but better checks are needed before dispatch.
