I had ligament tear near my ankle , and later pains around knees when playing sports .. I gave a try and noticed 80% of pain reduced ..so then realized I should give this to mom and see , as she have knee pains from years due to cartilage issue. I know many folks have same problem, guess what ? Her pain got reduced alot , she can do the work now without feeling the pain .. she told me that her major problem was the pain pulling feeling ..like someone pulling nerves , that totally went off . 4 stars for a genuine product by the company. What I'll argue here is that unless you eat food deprived of turmeric which is a daily staple indian household spice and/or you're experiencing a high amount of (what you surely know to be) inflammatory pain, it is not going to do you much good. What it will do overtime is reduce your motivation do things somewhat also known as anhedonia (because of the abundance of serotonin) Also be mindful of the "added" piperine/bioperine and look up the CYP3A4 enzyme inhibition it does in your liver and how that can affect the absorption of drugs/substances you might be otherwise taking.

Both my parents suffer from joint pain due to Arthritis. Some days are worse than others. I read many research papers on positive effects of Curcumin and Bioperine on joint health and overall body metabolism. I thought of giving it a try and it has been about 4 weeks since they have been taking it one tablet twice a day. They have seen significant improvement in the swelling and stiffness in knees since then. Pain is considerable reduced allowing them to be more active in their daily lives. in addition to that, my father who has some liver ailments as well, has been feeling better, his digestion and appetite has improved. He says it has helped him with bloating and acidity too. Overall, I am happy with this product and will order again since they have finished one pack already. Thank you!
