Not the cheapest or easiest to clean, it is the best stuff I have ever used!
So far I have used this to seal 1/4" holes the previous owner left in my pole barn, seal windows around our barn, seal a roof leak on our barn, seal the bottom of our glass shower doors in our bathroom, heal seal a crack in the bathroom vent fan of our camper, I added a bit to a few of my clearance light lenses on our camper to tack them in place since they were so loose, ect, ect.....I think you get the point. This stuff is flexible, sticky (stays on stuff), and seems to work for about every purpose I can use caulk for. On stop of that, it is amazingly clear. Unless you pile it on super thick, you normally don't notice it's there unless you look for it. There is a Con: it is a pain in the butt to clean up. You will need something like de-natured mineral spirits or 90% rubbing alcohol (what I have used) to clean this up. This is the only con I have ran into so far. Be careful during application and you won't need much clean up.

Seals and Glues things together - holds molding on, even on the outside of a homebuilt camper
I belong to a re-enactment group, and have built 7 different Tudor Cottages on trailers, for those of us too old to put the canvas up and down. This means putting molding on the outside. This stuff seals every crack, and holds everything in place! I am not a professional, I am a Home Ec teacher, so I work things out as I go. I can't say enough good things about this as a caulk. It doesn't shake loose, and it helps hold things together. Currently, I am experimenting with what I have learned from an FB group called Foamies, that builds campers using just sheets of insulation. This year, I have a frame, but the walls and things are just those insulation sheets. Therefore, there is often nothing to nail into - I might have a spot or 2, but this isn't like a regular build. You hold the whole thing together by wrapping it in fabric, glued on with TBII. Then you paint it to seal it all. I used the Lexel on the edges of the fabric, to really seal it, as well as on the molding. I just took this latest one on an 800 mile trip, to a freind who made a door for me, and now am working on the fabric on the back. NOTHING came loose, even tho it isn't finished. It is late, and I am tired, but I was about to order another case of this when I saw that I never wrote a review about how pleased I am.

Good but has limits
Works great , but has to be smoothed with in seconds or it will not spread smoothly, also if you use it in direct hot sun , it will have many tiny bubbles , I guess it dried to quickly, had to scrape off and redo ., just be aware!

Lexel was recommended by a carpenter
How have I never heard of Lexel? A carpenter who worked in our house told me about this product and how great it was. It was far superior to painter's caulk. I used it to seal exterior windows, trim, and door frames for a room addition. It dries clear but stays flexible. The best part is that it will take paint, something silicone caulks cannot do.
