Screws missing and twice !! Ordered replacement twice and screws were missing both times. Bad product overall

Rather get idly cooker with steamer. Would cost you much less.
The cookpot has a thin bottom hence chances of burnt food is high. If you press the bottom you can see it bends (it gets back to its shape though). The lid and lid’s handle could be in a better quality. It was broken when delivered. Handle quality is poor. I wouldn’t rely on them if lifting the whole cookpot with food in it.
