I have purchased these as I have very hot soles of my feet due to chemo treatment and they do help. I wouldn't want to walk with them inserted into the socks. But to just put my feet up with them on is a relief.

I have a burning sensation and although it may feel uncomfortable when burning it does help the feet cool down they do give you spare packs. The values for money i dont like it is bit expensive but it does give u that relief that its cooling you down.the quality is amazing and I wouldn't have asked for more really I belive 4/5 is the best acore for it

They are ok but the cold doesn’t last very long. As a menopausal woman who can’t sleep due to hot feet, I would keep these in the fridge all day then put them on at bed. Within 10 minutes they would start to warm up so they I would get restless and have to take them off and start all over again trying to sleep. Good if you want instant relief but not for more than 10 minutes or so

These socks are just brilliant! They have little pouches all over the socks so that you can place the cold, frozen or hot pads anywhere you need them including the back of your heel, soles and tops of your feet. My feet get really hot at night so these are a godsend. I love them.

I am the thick of the menopause and one of my worst is the MOLTON LAVA FEET that show their face every single damn night. These are miracle socks! I put them in the freezer if my feet are having an absolute pig of a day. I highly recommend.

My partner is undergoing Chemotherapy and uses these to counteract the uncomfortable "tingling" sensation many patients experience during their treatment ... she assures me they are VERY effective. Recommended.

I've only used these once on a night where my hot feet were keeping me awake, but they were extremely effective in cooling them down and giving me the relief I needed to get to sleep. My only gripe with them is that they almost feel a little bit "sweaty" after I time, but I'd rather that than burning hot feet.

Update to my previous review: I was upset at not receiving compression straps. As it turns out, I didn't need them. I'm still deducting 1 star because they should either be provided or the description changed. I'm sure many people do need them. In any case, I am pleased with the product. Both the gel pads and the socks are nice & sturdy & help both my neuropathy and achilles tendinopathy. I'll be ordering another pair.

The slippers are wonderful for when my feet are incredibly tired and hurting. They are easy to put on and they have inserts with the ice packs that are really easy to adjust and use. Seems well made so I’m happy with them.
