Good supplement to take
This is great. I am not 100% certain of what it does to my system but when I dont take it I do feel the difference. And it does help with my poop not hurting when it comes out. (Sorry for the wordings).

Super effective and no taste or smell to them
They are amazing ! Finally something that won’t give you that heartburn either the string aftertaste! So easy to take , small enough to swallow easily , clean ingredients and no smell to it ! I take it every day almost , primarily on the days I feel my throat a bit sore or a cold coming up ! So effective, keeps me healthy and not having to take antibiotics! I highly recommend it !
