Sugar free Liquid IV is my family’s go to for hydration. They taste great and make you feel great. We like all of the flavors, but raspberry lemonade and raspberry melon our my favorites.

I had purchased another sugar free flavor and it was awful. Truly awful. This one is a hit! My sweaty coworkers and I, on the brink of dehydration, guzzled this elixir and were saved.Seriously, this is a good un.

I tried the Liquid IV hydration packet in raspberry lemonade, and while the flavor isn’t my favorite, I do appreciate the hydration boost it provides. It mixes well and does a great job of keeping me hydrated throughout the day. I enjoy other flavors more, but this one is still effective. If you’re looking for a solid hydration option, it’s worth a try!

Much better without sugar. Handy packaging for toting on hikes or “grab n go” hydration. Refreshing taste & according to my doctor, but additive to water for amping up quick hydration.

The powder mixed well with water. The flavor was bitter tasting, lemonade color and did not taste good to me. It did make me feel better so it works. I would prefer a sweeter less bitter medicine taste. Going to try another brand.
