NOWATER Collagen Peel Off Face Mask for Glass Skin, Korean Skincare

Just wow! As a black person I've always felt reluctant to use K beauty products after a couple of bad experiences. It just was not made for melanated skin; I also have highly sensitive skin and eczcema. This product has changed my mind in the best way. I've used this mask every night for the last 3 days and have seen almost all my blackheads, blemishes, and bumps disappear. My skin is also crazy soft. My favorite part, as a fulltime working Mom of two young boys, is that it's fast. Application takes maybe 5 mins, 15-20 mins to set depending on thickness, and then it peels right off and I'm done. Very happy!!

I was curious to try a peel off mask with something other than pore stripping or charcoal. This aligns perfectly with the glass skin trend and the results were exactly as described: plumped, moisturized skin with reduced pores. The little spatula are always awkward for me to use, so I applied it with my fingers. It does wash off the hands easily afterwards. The instructions leave a little to be desired and dont really specify how much to apply. It does spread a little unevenly (the spatula didnt help in this area, which is why I stopped using it), but even if you have areas that are thicker or thinner, it seems to dry pretty evenly regardless. I left it on for quite a long time, doing other things. I was surprised when I touched my face to see if it was dry, and my fingers came away oily! I think that the ingredients that afford it the peel-off quality become separated from other collagen and oil-based ones. Surprisingly, it peeled away in one piece for the most part! My skin was well hydrated and visibly plump, but also visibly oily and slippery. I splashed a little water and just patted dry with my hands. Results were good on the first try but I would avoid using too frequently, as it pumps my skin so much that it can't breath well and velous hairs become trapped. I will probably wait a few weeks between uses next time.

Love this stuff. I have used it multiple times and it worked great. Just wish the price was more reasonable.

Update: Customer service is awesome. They contacted me and offered a full refund. After speaking with them, I believe my product tube may have been defective. The tube is supposed to have a seal. Mine did not. Based on their prompt attention to this matter, I may try this product in the future. Thank you customer service for reaching out. Original Review: Did not like. Must use a toner with this according to instructions. followed instructions and this did not peel off very evenly - I used a thin coating. The spatula they give you to put it on your face does not work very well. Not sure if tube was supposed to be sealed or not but mine did not have a seal. Face did not feel moisturized after using - felt dry. Had to actually end up rinsing the mask off my face to get it all off. The box was pretty but am not sure what product I actually got. Will not buy again, not a good value in my opinion.

I love the way my face feels after I use this mask. It's easy to put on, it has a very thick consistency. After I peel it off, I wash my face in warm water. It's like a spa day in my bathroom.
