I have been working at recovering from a torn meniscus in my knee without surgery for 6 months. My doctor gave me arthrosoothe. For the first month, I hardly noticed any effect, but I had been trying to economize and use only two caps a day instead of 4. I upped the dosage to 4 and noticed pain relief almost immediately. This medicine is pricey but effective. I am in PT now, and beginning to get around without pain. Down side is that I have trouble swallowing the gel caps and get reflux from the herbs unless I take my dosages with a meal, between bites of food and sips of hot tea. Then I'm OK. It's worth the trouble. I would warn users that full recommended dosage must be taken for optimum results.

I originally purchased the product for myself as I have suffered with osetoarthritis for years. While I required a hip replacement (doing great with the new wheel), I questioned if the formula would be safe for my pit bull who had both of her knees repaired when she was a young adult and now, years later was having difficulty getting around. I took this product to my vet to review the ingredients for canine safety. After his approval I started Shelby on three capsules with her dinner and three for her brother, my 104lb. German Shepherd mix to help protect his joints. Now Shelby is like her younger, happier and more active self. The maintenance dose (again per my vet) is one cap per day with her evening meal. I am so grateful for this product. If your dog is losing joint flexibility issues, then you may want to discuss this formula with your vet. It's effectiveness for humans...my physician said that one needs to take more than the label indicates and be patient since it doesn't work fast, we'll see.

I tried this product for one month, and it made a significant difference in removing the pain from my inner left knee. I am sure that this product made an improvement. I am continuing to use it a second month. It is a bit more expensive than I expected it to be, but it has worked for me. The pain in my knee was noticable 8 months earlier on a regular basis until I started taking this supplement.

Absolutely made no difference. Plus you have to take 4 pills - very expensive and did not help my joints at all. Waste of money. I have used other supplements that work better but a change in diet has made the most difference. Fruits and vegetables mainly all organic, grass fed meat - organic and no commercial made breads - grind my own grains and make all my own breads, pancakes, etc., cut out sugar unless raw and unprocessed and honey.

I decided to try this product based on the recomendations here and boy am I glad I did ,!! It is amazing . I had stiffness in my back and also in my fingers . I like to knit and I was having increased difficulty knitting for long periods . I also intermittent hip pain . I have noticed a major improvement in my flexibility in my back and my fingers are less stiff . Not perfect but much improved , . My hip is much less cranky . I am enjoying knitting and golf again . Thank u reviewers . Right now my dogs are healthy but it is good to know you have had success with small dogs . Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review . 1. I ordered it and after receiving it, I read the side effects and there are many that you should be aware of before using it. Unfortunately, the seller is not posting the tag that shows these side effects. Do your homework and check it before buying. I decided not to take it. 2. The price is higher than the market.
