Worked for sleep
Used it to help me to sleep...and it did the job, except the next day, I couldn't stop going to bathroom! Really like Blueprint's products however, and continue to be their customer.

Incredible first night experience!
I’m a 71 year old male and this product was suggested to me by my son since I’ve been unable to sleep well lately. Tried taking it before bed and check out the difference the first night. Will need to see if it lasts. If it does, I will be bulk buying this product.

Unknown black tarry substance
3 of the 30 capsules had a black tarry substance on them. Whatever it is, my guess is it is not optimal for health and longevity
