Dual Powered Nasal Irrigation & Rinse System with 30 Salt Packets (301ML)

I was dubious at first but after the first try I'm hooked. So much better than expensive chemical sprays and steroid based prescriptions. Money well spent and easy to use. Has meant i no longer react to my cat or parrot. Whilst reasonably effective for colonic and genital cleansing be careful to wash thoroughly and dont lose the silicon heads, I'm still missing one of the blue ones. A pleasure to use.

I wanted to purchase an electric irrigation device in the hope of achieving two main objectives. The first was effective nasal douching on a regular basis twice a day. The second was a badly conceived hope that an electric device would enforce a regime and I could somehow simplify the sheer amount of effort involved in preparing sterile water by boiling then cleaning and sterilising the equipment etc, etc. This was simply not properly thought out by me and the truth is that while the machine may help with my first objective, I should not have expected it to help with the second. The machine is well made and functions as stated. I bought it over other models as I believe I read somewhere that it has an element of self cleaning. Passing water through itself after final use each time. Please check this aspect for yourself as I am not sure if I got this right. Whilst the machine works well, I was unable after quite a few tries to find a position where the solution flows up one nostril and down the other without getting in my mouth or leaking out around my nostrils. As, unlike a squeeze bottle, the machine continues to pump unless turned off, this can be messy and waste solution. Without use of eyes the off button can take a few seconds to actually find. The first time I used it, admittedly on the higher setting (which admittedly is not advised for first time use) the water affected my ears and caused me to feel very dizzy and uncomfortable. This was because I had not got the positioning even close to right and had used the higher setting from the start but nevertheless was unexpected by me and quite worrying. My results in use got better but as mentioned never to the standard I hoped for. The machine can be disassembles and washed but unlike some squeeze bottles cannot be conveniently sterilised by microwaving. Also I had not really considered that because the inside of the machine cannot be cleaned specifically it probably has a limited usage life, just like other methods. I have now stopped using the device. With the investment made I realise that I could have used the outlay involved to purchase more than one squeeze bottle and even sterilised water suitable for nasal irrigation. I would reiterate that the device is well made and functions as advised and I am sure satisfies many users but as detailed above is just not for me. Update: Without being prompted this company has contacted me and offered a full refund as the product whilst good does not suit me personally. I am very impressed at this and have amended my rating to give both product and the company's attentiveness to service a 5 star rating.

Product at first seems well built and a good idea . Having used numerous nasal irrigation products previously, this particular item , is very leaky, water goes everywhere, when eventually you get the placement into nostrils , pressing start button , pressure of water goes into nostril , but doesn't seem to suck out , therefore causing a lot of pressure into ears , which is very unpleasant, my ears became painful and ringing for days after , this after 2 uses .. have returned for a refund .. my honest opinion is product is very u safe for ones ear drums

Not changing as stated in the leaflet only changing for 30 minutes. Not sure whether the machine stops during the treatment. Also the nasals wash are not tight enough with the machine and water leaks through them.

Worked great. Using this I got my sinus headache cleared

Leichte Reinigung & Hygiene: Gerade bei Nasenduschen ist Hygiene extrem wichtig. Das Medcodes-System lässt sich sehr einfach auseinanderbauen, abspülen und trocknen, sodass sich keine Bakterien bilden können. Lange Akkulaufzeit: Das Gerät ist wiederaufladbar und der Akku hält gefühlt ewig. Selbst bei täglicher Nutzung muss man es nur sehr selten ans Ladekabel hängen. Fazit Ein absolut fantastisches und durchdachtes Gerät für Allergiker, Erkältungsgeplagte oder einfach zur täglichen Nasenhygiene. Es reinigt deutlich gründlicher, effektiver und vor allem angenehmer als herkömmliche Modelle. Die Investition hat sich für meine freie Atmung definitiv gelohnt! Il prodotto arriva con un libretto con le istruzioni in varie lingue, italiano compreso, per poter usare al meglio il prodotto, con consigli per l'uso sia con l'ugello spray, consigliato per i bambini e donne in gravidanza, che l'ugello a getto. Attendo la sostituzione del prodotto per poter recensire la sua funzionalità.

Ho acquistato questo sistema di lavaggio nasale Medcodes per alleviare i fastidi della congestione e mi ha davvero svoltato la giornata. Il dispositivo è facilissimo da usare e il flusso dell'acqua è delicato ma estremamente efficace per liberare le vie respiratorie. All'inizio ero un po' titubante, ma il design ergonomico rende la procedura per nulla fastidiosa. I materiali sono sicuri, non ci sono perdite e si pulisce in un attimo. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque soffra di sinusite, raffreddore o allergie!
