It’s hard to know for sure whether or not this vitamin does much because I use it in tandem with some other hair restoration products/meds but I really do think it contributes to thicker, shinier hair just like they say. It doesn’t happen instantly of course and you really do need to take two per day and it’s expensive but I would have stopped by now if I thought it did nothing.

Been using this for 3 years, along with saw palmetto. It has definitely made existing hair thicker and healthier. Took a few months before I saw results, but it’s real. I had resorted to the buzz cut due to thin crown and receding front, but now it’s thick enough to comb and seems to be maintaining. Am I still losing hair? Yes, but at a much slower rate and what’s left is thicker. If you’re mostly chrome dome I don’t believe this’ll get you back in the game. However, if you still have some coverage I think this is a solid non-pharmaceutical option.

I DID NOT KNOW THIS HAD DHT BLOCKERS IN IT! Maybe my fault but this stuff messed with my sex drive & motivation bigtime. Im typically very sexually active, after a few days of this i thought maybe i was just super focused in life. Its been almost a month and i went to go reup but did some more research after noticing the price increase. IF YOU LIKE MESSING WITH YOUR HORMONES, have at it. Amazon product. Hair grew back in 4 months. I guess you kinda have to see if it works for you. May not work for all but this one helped a lot better than other hair products I’ve used.
